Arrived at appointment time, 2pm, but the technician hadn't been to lunch, so I came back an hour later. All good after that.

I will not purchase a vehicle from anywhere else. The owner and staff are excellent and honest.

I showed up pretty much unannounced for an oil change and tire rotation and they got right on it. I was out of there in less than an hour. Very pleased with the Service Technician and the department...and the pre-owned dealer, Wilson. Thanks to Kelly, Paul, and everyone else I have dealt with at CBG.

Excellent same day service. James in the service department met me before I even exited my vehicle in the parking lot. After squaring-away the maintenance, one of the sales reps was able to coordinate an escort back to my job in one of their brand-new 2025 Yukons. What a ride! I came in around mid-afternoon to get 2 recalls serviced and an oil change. Everything was done well before closing time. Great service as expected from CBG!
